    Sellers

    always obtain proof of posting and try to use recorded/special delivery etc so you receive a tracking number.
    only send the item once payment has been received and in some cases cleared
    accept paypal where ever possible and post to confirmed addresses only
    ask for a phone number incase you need to contact the buyer



    Buyers

    always pay with paypal so you can make a claim if required
    ask seller for proof of posting, tracking codes etc
    ask for address/phone number of seller incase of any problems
    feel free to ask staff if you are unsure if a member is trustworthy or not
