The clocks have changed.. updated your profileAs you may be aware, the clocks changed last night, and went back 1 hour.
If you go to your profile at the top, and scroll down until you see 'Time Zone' and change it from GMT + 1 Hour to GMT. (The one above it).
This applies to everyone in the UK, im not sure about ireland or anywhere else, not sure if its the same or not.
So yeah, if you update your profiles, you will then get the correct times of when posts were posted etc, change it or leave it as the forum will update automatically, eveyrone's will be changed
